BASIL SELLERS 2018

The 2018 Basil Sellers Art Prize was again on in Moruya, attracting an acquisitive prize of $20,000. It was open to artists across NSW and the ACT. There was also an additional Eurobodalla prize of $5,000 offered to local artists. It was the first time it was held in the brand new Basil Sellers Exhibition Centre, which is the region's first purpose-built exhibition space, made possible by the generous donations of philanthropist Basil Sellers.

I was fortunate enough to be selected as one of the artists to exhibit one of my works, Wetlands Reflections, in this prestigious event this year and happy to say that it was sold as part of the exhibition.

RIVER OF ART 2022

River of Art 2022 has been a very successful time with plenty of visitors coming through the studio and gallery. With in excess of 60 visitors over the 2 weekends in September, it was a very pleasant experience meeting and talking to people as they travelled on their art journey from studio to studio along the Eurobodalla coast.

The two paintings that were entered into the River of Art Prize for 2022, Along The Track and East Coast Low, were selected as finalists and were on display in the new Batemans Bay Pavilions during the River of Art Festival.
